Procedure detail
This is an 11 month postop of a 29 year old male who underwent a single session of 2197 grafts in the frontal and midscalp regions. Extensive miniaturization was present throughout the areas of concern. The patient stated that he always had a higher hairline and did not want to lower it below its original location. He requested density enhancement extending from the original hairline to the central scalp. His goals included producing a high density appearance in the frontal half of the scalp to support his “spiked” hair style and to preserve donor supply for future needs. Representative comb-through photos document the density enhancement that was achieved.
