Procedure detail
This is a 52 year old patient who requested frontal hairline restoration. Graft placement was performed without trimming or shaving the recipient site to accommodate his desire to mask evidence of the restorative process. A total of 2278 grafts were placed into the target zone. Presented are nine month postoperative photos.

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
