About

Began to notice hair gradually thinning out around 6 years ago when i was 29 it got to the stage where my hairline was receding along with temples and the thinness in my hair started to progress where my hairline was very uneven and my scalp was really visible over the top of my head.

My Surgical Treatments to Date

HT with Dr Hasson 4500 grafts: 1 session:

Singles : 1747

Doubles : 2525

3/4 : 232

Also some of my singles were doubled up to add further density.

My Non Surgical Treatments

started on generic finestraside 18 months ago which seems to have stabilised my thinning and any further loss.
as you can see in the shots from my own pre op pictures my hair is very thinned out compared to the pre op pictures Dr Hasson took my hair appears fuller not sure if the different lighting with the different cameras make a difference however the pictures were taken around 1 year apart.

Bald Class

Bald class 3V

Norwood stage 3 Vertex

In terms of the receding hairline, stage 3 vertex balding is a less drastic version of stage 3.
However, people experiencing stage 3 vertex balding will also begin losing hair on the crown of their head. This often starts as one small bald spot.

pretty bad to the point where i just didnt have the enthusiasm to lead a normal life from always having to worry about my hair and how it made me feel and look. I knew i could not be happy unless something was done about my hair to fix it.

finestaride seems to have halted any loss and stopped any further thinning.

To early to say as its only been 5 days since the transplant, however i am 100% happy i have finally had it done and feel assured that Dr Hasson did the work.

Hair transplant if you are a candidate you have to go for it ...

To early to say as it has only been 5 days but i i am so relieved to have finally done it and although it will be 6-12 months until results have fully grown i feel this is a small price to pay for ending my suffering over my hair loss.

You must RESEARCH it is a must. When i began looking into it i thought i needed FUE and it was a simple procedure. I spent over 2 years looking into every aspect of the transplant . Meet other paitents who have had surgery. Know your stuff. Realistically its going to be expensive fact however you pay for what you get. Price should not be a deciding factor regardless of your budget harsh but true.

Procedure 1

During surgery On the day 3500 insicions were made on my scalp. As my donor hair was above average density the Dr managed to get 4505 grafts in total Singles: 1747 Doubles:2525 3/4: 232 Also some of my singles were doubled up to create more density so hoping for a really nice result as having 3500 incision sites filled with the above number of hairs should do the job!!!

Procedure 1

More pre op taken by Dr Hasson Pre op pics taken by Dr Hasson on day of surgery. Having been on finestaride for over 1 and half years it does seem to have stabalised and made my hair stronger however the lighting in these pics does make my hair appear fuller and denser that it is in reality. I guess you dont realise the extent of you hairloss whist using concealers and not seeing you hair from the various angles. Peace of mind however that i was in great hands on the day!!!
