Hair transplant surgery utilizing 2051 grafts on a 30 year old Norwood class 3 patient

Procedure detail

This 30 year old hair restoration patient with a class III pattern hair loss previously had approx. 1000 grafts at 23 years old. He was feeling very uncomfortable with his results and wanted to be able to comb his hair straight back. We told him prior to his hair transplant procedure that we would be able make an improvement.  We did not want to remove any of the previous grafts and felt we were able to improve on his present state by working around previous transplants. We did 2051 grafts and here are results 18 months post-op.
