Before and after hair transplant photos with a Norwood Class 4 with 3590 grafts

Procedure detail

This hair restoration patient is a 36 year old Norwood class 4. He had a couple of concerns prior to surgery and actual met with us multiple times prior to his surgery. He was initially interested in the FUE procedure because he likes to have his hair very short and was extremely worried about scarring, which can and does happen when a doctor gets to aggressive or a patient has multiple procedures taken from the donor area. Dr. Panine informed him that he does do FUE hair transplant procedures, but due to the number of grafts he will be needing it was not the best way for him to go. Dr. Panine informed him that he would only remove a strip that he was confident would not leave him a noticeable scar. The patients other big concern was being able to comb his hair back with no signs that he had anything done. After multiple visits to us to go over what was going to be done, this patient finally gave us the thumbs up and said, "let’s do it". We did 3,590 follicular units. We kept a very conservative hairline, but were able to dense pack the grafts from the hairline to the crown. He already has seen a great improvement at the 7 month mark and will continue to see more improvement over the next 4-6 months. He said it was the best decision he ever made and could not be happier with his results.
