This hair restoration patient wanted to lower his hairline and fill in the crown a bit. He had his hair transplant surgery about 10 months ago and received 2569 grafts. The patient has now returned as he wants to thicken up some areas behind the transplanted area. He is very pleased with his results 10 months out and his hair will continue to improve over the next 4 months.He received 537 single grafts, 1483 double grafts, and 585 big grafts, for a total count of 2569 grafts.

The Norwood Class A patterns are characterized by a predominantly front to back progression of hair loss. These patterns lack the connecting bridge across the top of the scalp and generally have more limited hair loss in the crown, even when advanced.
