Procedure detail
This is a 3074 graft case with the after photos taken 6 months after the procedure. Our goal was to reestablish the front 1/2 of his scalp for the time being. He may return to get the crown down as well but he hasn't decided yet.
You can see from the before shots that the thinning hair is very fine and miniaturized. We placed the grafts at about 55-60/cm2 in the first 2-3 cm and reduced the density posteriorly.
He received 743 single grafts, 1541 double grafts, and 790 three hair grafts, for a total count of 3074 grafts. He is already doing very well for 6 months and can look forward to further thickening over the next 6-8 months. I have asked him to return in 6 months and will post final photos at that time.
