This patient received 2475 grafts about 9 months ago. He received 511 singles,
1337 doubles, and 626 3 hair grafts. He will likely still thicken over the next
few months.
With this first session, we filled in the frontal half of his
scalp only as he wanted to see how it turned out. He returned ahead of schedule
(normally I see patients about 12-14 months out) because he wanted to finish up
the vertex.

The two areas of hair loss are larger than in stage 4. They are still separated, but the band of hair between them is narrower and sparser. There is significant hair loss on the top of the scalp (the vertex).
