Procedure detail
This hair restoration patient wanted to lower and more importantly thicken his hairline and fill in his temples. You can see the plan of attack in the pre op photos where I have penned in the areas to be filled. To complete this hair transplant we used 310 single grafts, 791 double grafts, and 547 big grafts, for a total count of 1648 grafts for his hairline.

There is a slight recession of the hairline around the temples. This is also known as an adult or mature hairline.
