This patient had hair transplant about 3 years ago. He came in for followup last week. He received 288 single grafts, 886 double grafts, and 401 big grafts, for a total count of 1565 grafts. We transplanted his hair line and in particular the temples.

There is a slight recession of the hairline around the temples. This is also known as an adult or mature hairline.
