This patient is only 4.5 months post-op with excellent growth. He has cut his hair 3 times at the time the post-op photos were taken. The photo with the ruler shows dense packing in the central scalp at 60 fu/sq cm.

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
