Procedure detail

This Norwood IV patient in his 50's with below averege density waspresented to Dr. Ron Shapiro for his hair restoration options.  His goal was to fill in his crown and frontal area.  Two sessions was recommended.  The first session consited of 2944 grafts utilizing 5755 hairs using the Strip method. 
 The first three photos in the sets show the patient preoperative, immediate postoperative, and one year postoperative from his first hair transplant surgery.  The fourth photo in the sets are showing the patient's immediate postoperative results from his second procedure with 1964 grafts and 3901 hairs.

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
