This patient in his early forties was presented to Dr. Ron Shapiro for his hair restoration options. The patient's hair characteristics are fine to medium caliber with a Norwood Class IV hair loss pattern. An FUE procedure was performed with 2172 grafts utilizing 3807 hairs to produce the following results one year postoperative.
Bald class
Norwood class 4
Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
