This patient in his late 40's was presented to Dr. Ron Shapiro for his hair restoration options. His gols was to fill in the crown and frontal third. The patient had fine caliber hair and average density. Hair transplant surgery was performed using (FUT) strip technigue with 2597 grafts utilizing 5591 hairs. The patient after photos are two years postoperative.

In stage 4A, a person will not experience a bald spot on the back of their head, but they will instead lose the dips in their hairline and have a deeper “U” shape when viewed from above.
