This patient presented with an evolving 6 pattern with very
miniaturized coverage and a slightly below average donor supply. This is a great
example for prospective patients with super fine hair. Propecia was started at
about the same time as the transplant. This result is 2.5 years post-op so this
patient considering another step in the vicinity of 2500 grafts to offset
further hair loss that has occurred as well as compliment the current density
achieved.

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
