This patient was presented to Dr. Dorin for his hair restoration options. Hair transplant surgery was performed with 3133 Follicular units transplanted: 1330 singles, 1800 doubles, and 7 threes - A total of 4951 hairs. Fine/medium wavy hair, @ 7000 lifetime donor supply.

Norwood class 4
Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
