39 year old male with Norwood 3 sale of hair loss presented to us requesting to lower his hairline and also restore his crown. His hairloss was stabilised on Propecia and 2297 grafts were transferred using FUE technique. Attached are the pics 4 months after.

The Norwood Class A patterns are characterized by a predominantly front to back progression of hair loss. These patterns lack the connecting bridge across the top of the scalp and generally have more limited hair loss in the crown, even when advanced.
