A 31 year old male hair restoration patient presented with class IV-Vertex Androgenic Alopecia progressing to class V. He had a strong forelock. 2898 FUG were transplanted via strip method under local anesthesia. The grafts were distributed to complete the hair line, dense pack the frontotemporal angles, and after to fill in the crown with less density.
The hair line is natural with its irregularity.The patient did not want a temple accentuation.
