** Although Finestride is frequently recommended to our patients by
Dr. Mohebi, this patient was not prescribed this medication due to the
fact that he is taking other medications that block the effects of
Finestride.

Norwood class 4
Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
