This transgender hair restoration patient underwent sex reassignment surgery (male to female) and wanted correction of a receding male hairline to appear more feminine. A hair transplant procedure of FUT with 3,083 grafts (6, 015 hairs) was performed. Results are 18 months later. The patient was extremely pleased.
