A 28 years old white male Norwood IV,with receding hair line and thinning hair at the crown. He underwent one session of FUT with 3,750 grafts consisting of 1-hair graft=290 grafts, 2-hairs graft =1,901 grafts, 3-hairs graft =1,025 grafts and 4-hairs graft =534 grafts (10,104 hairs).The hair grafts were placed at the front and crown. The post operative photos were taken at 2 years 2 months after the surgery. He was very please with the result and would like to proceed with more session to add on density. Below are B/A .

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
