Hair transplant surgery before and after photos on a Norwood Class IV male

Procedure detail

This is a 58 year old male hair restoration patient with a Norwood Class VI pattern, black mixed with grey hair with good donor density of 96% and average scalp laxity. He underwent hair transplantation, dense packing over the frontal and midscalp region, a total of 3767 Follicular unit grafts, bearing 8014 hairs were transplanted.
The detail of follicular unit grafts are as follow: 1 hair graft = 305, 2 hair graft = 2677 and 3 hair graft = 785.

The patient followed up at 1 year 4 months with a significant change in cosmetic frame of face and a very natural hairline. Donor closure with trichophytic closure healed with a minimal scar. He also planned to have hair transplantation over the crown area in the near future.

Note: Patient is not taking any topical or oral medication for hair growth.
