52 years old Asian male Norwood V underwent hair transplantation with the total of 3434 grafts, 2041 grafts at front and 1393 grafts at crown ( 1-hair graft = 340 ,2-hairs graft =2261, 3-hairs graft = 732 , 4- hairs graft = 101, total number of hairs roughly = 7,462. The balding area at front was 50 cm2 and the crown was also 50 cm2Below are his preoperative and one year postoperative hair transplant photos with good result. He is planning to return in a year to add on density. The patient refused to take finasteride and apply minoxidil lotion.
