This is a 49 year old white male with Norwood V hair loss pattern. He had his second session a year after his first to the top and crown with 2518 grafts ( 1-hair=369 grafts,2-hair graft=1557, 3-hairs graft=592) a grand total of 5,692 grafts (11,256 hairs) were transplanted. Below are one year postoperative from 2nd session with good result and minimal donor scar.

Occurs when the connecting bridge of hair disappears leaving a single large bald area on the front and top of the scalp. The hair on the sides of the scalp remains relatively high.
