54 year old Asian male who has diffuse thinning of hair from front towards the crown. Donor hair density is 70%; Underwent FUT hair transplantation with 2,447 grafts ( 5,062 hairs) – 1hair= 321; 2hairs= 1637; 3hairs= 489 transplanted from the front towards the midscalp. He returned for follow up 10 months post op and is happy with the results. Below are his pre- and post-op photos:

Occurs when the connecting bridge of hair disappears leaving a single large bald area on the front and top of the scalp. The hair on the sides of the scalp remains relatively high.
