A repaired case from previous punch grafts with cosmetic improvement 1 years after 2 sessions of hair transplantation
51 year old Caucasian male Norwood VI, underwent three hair transplantation from other clinic with large round grafts. He wanted to have his hair transplant look natural not pluggy look and add on density. The total bald area measured 172 cm2 from the front to the crown.
He underwent two more sessions of FUT.
Details are as follows:
4th session
1 hair= 421 FU grafts, 2 hair= 1859 FU grafts (3718hairs) and 3 hair= 649 FU grafts (1947hairs) , a total of 2929 follicular unit grafts, bearing 6086 hairs were transplanted .
5th session was one year after
1 hair= 347 FU grafts, 2 hair= 1170 FU grafts (2340hairs) and 3 hair= 508 FU grafts (1524hairs) . A total of 2025 follicular unit grafts, bearing 4211 hairs were transplanted.

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
