52 year old male hair restoration patient who has receding hair line to mid
scalp and thinning hair at crown.underwent FUT a total of 3138 grafts or about
7242 hairs (1-hair=327 grafts, 2-hairs 1868 grafts, 3-hairs=710 grafts,4-5 hairs
233 grafts). He was seen 10 months post op as shown in the pictures below with
good result and minimal donor scar.

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
