Follicular Unit Hair Transplantation performed on a 44 year old Caucasian male with:- NW Class III class T-P- Donor density of 94-96 FU/cm2- Hair diameter of ~70 micronsTreatment plan:A Follicular Unit Extraction with 2000-2400 FU to reconstruct the hair line and temporal peaks Performed procedure (May 4Th, 2010):A FUE procedure with 2656 FU in a single day session, ‘3 step procedure’, i.e. an intermittent follicular unit extraction (iFUE), with:* 872 single hair FU* 1784 double and triple hair FUExtraction performed with a 0.9mm FUE punch with Versi handle™; No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts;Parallel incisions (single and double units) were made in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.7mm – 0.9mm).Dr. B.
