Hair restoration procedure before and after result images with 2485 grafts

Procedure detail

Follicular Unit Extraction performed on a 28 year old Caucasian male with:- NW II- beginning III Class N/T
- Donor density of ~ 100 FU/cm2 in the occipital donor region and ~ 80 FU/cm2 in the temporal donor regions
- Hair diameter of ~ 70-90 microns

Treatment plan:

A FUE procedure with 2000-2400FU to reconstruct the hairline, temporal recessions and the right temporal peak.

Performed procedure (July 15th, 2011):

A Follicular Unit Extraction with 2485 FU in single day session:

* 696 single hair FU
* 1789 double and triple hair FU

Extraction performed with a 0.9mm FUE punch with CIT Manual Punch Handle. No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts;
Parallel incisions (single, double and triple units) were made in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.8mm – 0.9mm).
