This 34 year old man with AGA NW 4V, wanting to start hair restoration procedure to frame his face and improve his thinning crown. He had a 4030 FUT surgery. These results are taken at 1 year post TP. He is on medical treatment to slow his progression.

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
