This post features ahair restoration patient with severe hair line loss, thinning bridge, residual forelock, and large crown loss. He was a Norwood 5/6 on the Norwood scale. He desired to restore as much as possible to the hair line and crown area. Dr. Arocha performed a hair transplant surgery  session of 4010 FUT. The after photos are showing early growth at 6 months post-procedure.

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
