This 48 year old Caucasian male patient with diffuse thinning with a developing NW 6 pattern. He has residual hair in the frontal area, but it is see through. This hair transplant surgery yeilded 3712 grafts.

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
