This 24 year old Indian male hair restoration patient was developing a NW 5-6 pattern. He wanted to restore his hair line, frontal core, and mid-scalp with hair transplant surgery. A total of 3090 grafts were transplanted and the follicular unti breakdown is as follows:

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
